PROJECT BRIEF

Nelly Tilly is a Pet Supply brand currently selling on Amazon UK and aiming to sell on multiple marketplaces. The brand provides products to help pets have healthier and more comfortable lives. My role as a designer is to help the brand create an online presence and maintain a strong identity, to distinguish it from other products and services in a competitive market space. I have been freelancing for them since 2018,  Working closely with the founder,  the marketing manager and other specialists. I am responsible for creating various creative graphic assets for product listings and marketing campaigns. Nelly Tilly is preparing to open their shopify Store and other digital channels in order to quickly adapt to market changes, build the brand’s image and create a seamless customer experience. I led the web design process and participated in customer and market Research.

 WHAT I DID
  • Conducting market, keyword, consumer research with the team

  • Creating visual digital contents including packaging, infographic, brand guidelines and marketing collateral

  • Conducting research for the upcoming shopify store

  • Creating wireframes,visual design, prototypes for webpage

  • Creating and Optimising product listings on Amazon Seller Central

    Giving feedback when users are navigating the site, while creating a engaging user experience.

    Checkout Experience

    Checkout stage is the most important stage of the customer journey. I designed a 3 stage secure checkout process, inspired by Reiss,  to try to reduce cart abandonment

    -Offering the option of a guest checkout and social media sign in to avoiding new customer drop-offs

    -Folding up address form fields for repeat customers to keep the interface concise

    -Including Multiple payment methods while prioritizing paypal option to speed up the check out flow

    Building Trust and Connecting with Users 

    I designed the responsive Amazon Review module to give new customers more confidence in the product.  A set of  Customized icons and loading animation to give the website a touch of cuteness
